A soft place to heal

Supporting you to process past experiences and thrive within your relationships

We all need a dedicated space where we can feel safe to be our most radically vulnerable selves.

Prospective clients of mine should know that I have experienced therapy in the past that did not recognize how my identities played an integral role in shaping what my experiences look like. As a result, I see it as my duty to all of my clients to make sure they feel holistically seen and cared for in all of their identities and all of their life experiences. I hope to create a space where you can feel welcome and comfortable to let your guards down and invite in the transformative power of a compassionate therapeutic relationship.

Through our work together, I aim to facilitate a deep dive into your past, your present, and your future. We will explore your life experiences and make crucial connections between what you’ve experienced and how you navigate your world and relationships today. My goal is to help you build confidence in yourself and re-write your story with you being the main character. Over the course of your time in therapy, we will work towards your goals with hopes of building a thriving life that aligns with your wildest dreams.

  • Beginning with our experiences as infants with our parents or caregiver(s), we form bonds and relationships throughout our lives. Attachment Theory emphasizes the role that early childhood relationships with caregivers play in shaping the way that we engage in relationships later on in our lives. Attachment-Focused Therapy means that there will be special attention paid to these early childhood relationships in order to understand who you are and how your early experiences have shaped the way that you navigate the world.

  • Wildest Dreams Therapy operates based upon an anti-oppressive sliding scale fee structure that is built around our standard rate of $200 per session. Since everyone’s financial situation is different, we provide a limited number of slots at several different fee tiers above and below our standard rate. We invite you to review our sliding scale fee structure guide here.

I am not in-network with insurance. I am an out-of-network provider, so I am able to provide you with the documentation that you need to seek reimbursement from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.
